Job summary

You will install hardware and software, troubleshoot, provide training, contribute to budgeting for IT projects, and ensure reliable operation of EMR/Meditech systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of network IT experience required.
• Must be on call.
• EMR/Meditech Client Server experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible for the technical and operational direction of all network and end-user projects.
• Advise and assist with budgeting for IT projects and infrastructure needs.
• Install hardware and software, configure workstations, printers, and servers on user sites.
• Provide troubleshooting and support for system hardware and software issues.
• Instruct users and provide updates/status to management and users.
