Job summary

Astrana Health is seeking an IT Support Analyst II to serve as the primary contact for end-user technical issues. You will provide advanced Tier 2 support across hardware, software, networks, and systems for a 750+ user environment.

Based in Tustin, CA, you will work onsite, collaborate with IT staff, wrap up incidents from Level 1, and participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliable operations of critical healthcare technology while upholding HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or 2–4 years IT support experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft 365, MD-102 or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and endpoint management.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based service delivery is a plus.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced Tier 2 technical support to end users via phone, email, remote tools, and on-site as required.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, application, and network issues with minimal downtime.
• Own escalated incidents from Level 1 through resolution with proper documentation and updates.
• Deliver on-site and field support at clinics or hospitals as needed, especially in absence of on-site engineers.
• Participate in after-hours on-call rotations and contribute to incident response during critical events.
• Assist in IT infrastructure projects, system upgrades, patches, and deployments in a regulated environment.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs for knowledge sharing.
