Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years IT support experience in a medium to large enterprise.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory.
• Experience with ITIL-based service delivery and documented problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide advanced Tier 2 end-user support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person as needed.
• Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues while minimizing downtime.
• Own escalated incidents from Level 1 to resolution with proper documentation and escalation when required.
• Deliver on-site and field support in clinics or administrative locations when needed.
• Contribute to IT infrastructure projects, upgrades, and change management processes.
