Job summary

Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties is seeking a full-time Helpdesk Analyst/Technician in Anaheim, CA. The role provides first-line application and technical support to internal staff, including troubleshooting, remote assistance, and account management.

You will work with SCCM, LogMeIn, JIRA, and EHR systems to resolve issues and document solutions. The position emphasizes strong customer service, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications

• Provide first level diagnosis and troubleshooting for end-users and customers.
• Deliver application support for deployed software and investigate data discrepancies.
• Monitor progress of requests and keep users informed.
• Provide desktop and VM support including imaging and deployment of Windows 10 and MS Office.
• Utilize JIRA for ticket tracking and update knowledge base with SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Perform first level diagnosis and troubleshooting for end-users; document incidents and remedies.
• Provide remote end-user support using SCCM and LogMeIn.
• Support deployed software and investigate issues and data discrepancies.
• Monitor progress and keep users informed on ticket status.
• Provide desktop/VM support, image and deploy Windows 10 and Office.
