Job summary

WH Wheeling Hospital Inc. is seeking a Supply Chain Technician to ensure proper receipt, storage, and distribution of materials. You will input data, monitor inventory, and support stock optimization across the hospital.

Responsibilities include using MMIS software, restocking supplies, processing requisitions, and performing cycle counts while maintaining safety and accuracy in a dynamic hospital environment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Valid motor vehicle operator’s license.
• Data input experience.
• 1 year experience in inventory management or warehouse distribution.

Responsibilities

• Assist Buyers and Supply Chain leadership to maintain inventory levels and PAR level recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of supply automation systems for restocking and adjustments.
• Enter and deliver all supply requisitions.
• Deliver supplies throughout the hospital in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist in ordering supplies, including walk-up and emergency orders.
• Perform cycle counts to ensure proper inventory levels.
• Conduct verification procedures before accepting materials from carriers.
• Maintain storeroom and dock areas clean and orderly.
• Operate pallet jacks and carts safely.
• Support courier runs and restock items; check for expired products.
