Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Buyers and Supply Chain leadership to maintain inventory levels and PAR level recommendations.
• Understand supply automation system(s) for daily restocking and PAR level management.
• Operate MMIS software and related equipment.
• Enter, fill, and deliver all supply requisitions.
• Deliver supplies hospital-wide in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist staff with placing orders, including walk-up and emergency orders.
• Label supplies with charge stickers when applicable.
• Follow hospital policies for attire and stocking in specialty areas.
• Support mailroom functions and daily shipping duties (FedEx, UPS).
• Maintain orderly storeroom, answer phones, provide coverage.
