Job summary

Christ Hospital and Medical Center is seeking a Full-time Inventory Associate to support the Enterprise Corporate - Supply Chain: Operations team. You will manage 2-Bin inventory locations, perform replenishments, cycle counts, and maintain FEFO processes, with 40 hours per week and every other weekend and holiday hours.

The role requires attention to inventory accuracy, strong organization, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds, plus use DemandTrack and Lawson workflows as part of daily

Qualifications

• High School diploma; 12 months stocking/receiving experience preferred.
• Good communication & customer relation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain 2-Bin inventory locations and ensure correct bin placement.
• Pick and pull regularly scheduled inventory with 100% accuracy.
• Deliver replenishment to designated 2-bin locations and restock appropriately.
• Perform monthly 2-Bin inventory; use DemandTrack for velocity tracking and PAR adjustments.
• Use receiving and distribution automation to document chain of custody for all inbound/outbound items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize General Stores workspace and equipment.
• Coordinate inventory counts and ensure FEFO inventory practices.
• Process returns and credit paperwork for returned products.
• Assist with cycle counts and continuous improvement of inventory processes.
