Job summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking an Inventory Control Associate to manage par locations, perform cycle counts, and handle picking/packing with accurate documentation. You will restock, verify units of measure, and ensure clean, compliant stocking areas. Experience with INFOR ERP is a plus.

The role requires basic computer skills, effective communication, and the ability to work across multiple shifts. Prior healthcare warehouse experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meets competencies: Leader of Self, Others, or Leaders.
• Use scanning tech for par locations.
• Cycle counting and physical inventory as directed.
• Order picking and packing with documentation.
• Restocking pars and inventories.
• Unit rounding, processing, and distributing supplies promptly.
• Understand product numbers and unit of measure.
• Check expiration dates and keep stocking areas clean.
• Maintain compliant ready state in all areas.
• Perform INFOR ERP transactions (Par Specialist, Warehouse Clerk, Mobile SCM).
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
