Qualifications

• Basic computer skills with GroupWise and cash register.
• Over three months of experience required.
• Experience with Outlook, Kronos, Epic a plus.
• Excellent customer service and teamwork.
• Ability to stay calm during emergencies, e.g., calling a code.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and direct/escort patients to testing sites.
• Create visitation badges for visitors entering the facility.
• Provide information and courteous service at the hospital information desk.
