Southcoast Health is hiring a Housekeeper I at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. This 40-hour day shift role includes every other weekend and holiday rotation, from 7:00am to 3:30pm. Join a not-for-profit health system committed to inclusive workplaces and community care close to home.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in institutional housekeeping preferred.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to understand written and verbal communication and instructions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to lift object over 25 pounds and bend repeatedly.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal influenza and COVID-19 or have an approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect floors and bathroom fixtures.
• Clean discharge beds.
• Keep equipment and janitors closets clean.
