Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Systems, or HVAC Refrigeration preferred.
• 3 years of facilities maintenance experience required.
• 5 years hospital facilities maintenance preferred.
• Refrigerant Handling Technician certification required or within 6 months of hire.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC systems in compliance with regulatory bodies.
• Maintain testing, maintenance, and certification records.
• Coordinate with contractors, Plant Manager, and architects.
