Job summary

Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalency required.
- Vocational training preferred.
- 5 years of commercial HVAC experience required.
- Valid Driver's license and clean driving record.
- CFC license desired.
Responsibilities
- Install and maintain sinks and toilets.
- Install equipment used in the operation of HVAC system.
- Install heating, refrigeration and lighting controls.
- Assist electrician with installation of new service or projects.
- Assist carpenters with installation of doors, windows and locks.
- Replace defective floor tiles.
- Repair machinery and equipment to keep in good running order.
- Complete daily logs and requisitions.
- Complete preventive maintenance forms in a timely manner.
