Job summary

ProMedica Toledo Hospital is seeking an HVAC General Maintenance professional to repair and maintain all HVAC systems at the Toledo facility. You will service pumps, monitors, and the building automation system to ensure reliable operation.

The role requires reading blueprints and diagrams, knowledge of electrical systems, fire/safety codes, and experience with steam valves and HVAC motors. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Able to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics.
• Knowledge of electricity, fire/safety codes, and air conditioning principles.
• Knowledge of circulating pumps and air conditioning motors.
• Experience with process steam and its usage for HVAC systems, including steam valves and traps (2 years).
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain all HVAC systems at the assigned ProMedica facility.
• Maintain equipment in the HVAC field and water circulating pumps.
• Monitor, diagnose, and perform maintenance to the building automation system.
