Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems at The MetroHealth Medical Center. You will follow blueprints and engineering specs and operate electronically controlled environmental systems.

Required credentials include HS Diploma or GED, EPA Section 608 Universal Certification, and an Ohio HVAC license or Journeyman license, or documented 8 years HVAC experience.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification required.
• Ohio HVAC license or Journeyman's license or 8 years HVAC experience documented.
• 4 years HVAC experience including repairing industrial refrigeration equipment.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Solid problem solving and sound judgment.
• Good interpersonal and math skills.
• Willing to adjust from standard schedule for operational coverage.
