Qualifications

• HVAC/R installation, service, and repair experience required or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in HVAC systems maintenance.
• Valid driver’s license and insurability under the Authority’s plan.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, install, and repair HVAC/R systems following trade practices.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on HVAC/R systems.
• Document repairs, materials used, and time required.
• Assist with loading/unloading and shipment tracking of appliances.
• Provide after-hours emergency service on rotating basis.
• Adhere to OSHA/PERRP safety standards and maintain licenses.
