Qualifications

• HVAC Generalist requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years HVAC experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and electronic work order systems (TMS) is desired.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment through preventative maintenance and routine inspections.
• Perform daily tours to monitor system status and reliability.
• Complete weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly tasks on schedule per SOPs.
• Identify and repair equipment before failures occur.
• Maintain clean and safe mechanical spaces and ductwork areas.
• Ensure optimal system controls operation and seasonal adjustments for efficiency.
• Manage repair stock and order needed parts through Facilities.
