Qualifications

• Must read and write in English; strong communication with staff, vendors, patients, and visitors.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspection of HVAC and comfort systems.
• Conduct daily tour at start of shift to monitor system status.
• Complete weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly tasks; ensure 80% of work orders completed each month.
