Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Safety sensitive position; ability to work safely.
• Ability to safely use ladders, hand tools, and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong customer service skills in occupied areas.
• One year of maintenance or HVAC-related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of HVAC systems and airflow principles.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
• Ability to lift and install air filters of various sizes.
• Ability to read maintenance schedules and equipment labels.
