Job summary

Jefferson Regional Main Hospital in Pine Bluff, AR, is seeking an HVAC Mechanic Team Lead for the Facilities department. The role installs, maintains, and repairs hospital HVAC systems to ensure comfort, safety, and air quality for patients, staff, and visitors.

This is a full-time days position with potential schedule adjustments. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, extensive HVAC experience—preferably in healthcare—and strong diagnostic skills, plus knowledge of electrical systems

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years HVAC maintenance/repair experience.
5+ years HVAC systems experience, healthcare preferred.
Arkansas HVACR license (Class A/B/C) preferred.
Healthcare HVAC experience (ORs, patient rooms, labs) preferred.
Joint Commission, ASHRAE, NFPA compliance knowledge preferred.
Ability to install, repair, maintain air handlers, chillers, boilers.
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
Electrical systems knowledge.
Safety protocols familiarity.
Good written and verbal communication.
Team player, able to work independently.
Safety Sensitive Position.
