The role maintains and repairs hospital facilities and equipment, troubleshoots mechanical and electrical systems, and ensures safety compliance. The position is safety sensitive and requires vigilance, communication, and teamwork.

Typical hours are 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with Saturday rotations.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• This is a safety sensitive position.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in building maintenance and repairs
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Good communication, customer service, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• General experience with basic carpentry, electricity, and HVAC equipment preferred
• Prior experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting
• Understanding of healthcare regulations and standards, such as OSHA, Joint Commission, and other relevant bodies
• Knowledge and practice of safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
