Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience in HVAC operations.
• EPA Refrigerant Certification required or ability to obtain.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on HVAC, refrigeration, steam, and central plant equipment.
• Respond to emergency service calls and participate in on-call rotation with a team.
• Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion.
• Install and service control systems for heating, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment.
• Inspect HVAC equipment for safe operation and code compliance.
