Job summary

The role requires 2 years of hospital-related maintenance or 5 years general building maintenance, plus a valid Michigan Operator’s license and insurance approval to drive hospital vehicles. On-call and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years hospital-related building systems maintenance experience or 5 years general building system maintenance experience.
• Must possess valid State of Michigan Operator’s license.
• Must meet approval by insurance carrier to drive hospital vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Repair, install, adjust, monitor and maintain building HVAC/R, plumbing and electrical systems.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair tasks of hospital building systems.
• Work under the general direction of the Maintenance Manager.
