Job summary

Mountain West Medical Center in Tooele, Utah, seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the HR team across the hospital and clinics. The role reports to the CEO and partners with the leadership team to define and implement human resources initiatives.

You will oversee employee relations, performance coaching, talent acquisition, compensation, policy, and procedures while maintaining compliance with Joint Commission and CMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience (healthcare preferred).
• 3+ years in HR leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR initiatives as a member of the Senior Management team.
• Define, develop and implement HR programs across the hospital and clinics.
• Coach and support performance management, talent acquisition and compensation.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, Joint Commission and CMS regulations.
• Drive employee engagement and a high-performance culture.
