SGMC Health is seeking an Environmental Services supervisor for the Main Campus. You will oversee the day-to-day EVS operations, ensuring a clean, safe environment and leading staff through training and motivation to meet schedules.

The role requires 1+ year of supervisory experience and 3–5 years in EVS. Night shift, 8-hour schedule, with potential weekend hours and a focus on quality housekeeping processes.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years Housekeeping/Environmental Services experience preferred.
• 1 year or more management or supervisor experience required.
• Experience with the 7 Step cleaning process is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the Environmental Services Department.
• Train, supervise and motivate departmental personnel to meet schedules.
• Participate in performance improvement activities for the department.
