Hospital Housekeeping Systems (HHS) in Texarkana, TX is seeking a proactive leader to manage an afternoon shift in the hospital housekeeping team. You will coach staff, conduct training, and ensure a safe, clean patient environment.

The role emphasizes team leadership, performance coaching, and collaboration with hospital leadership to achieve quality, budget, and compliance goals. No prior housekeeping experience is required.

Qualificações

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades
