Job summary

Riverview Behavioral Health, part of Acadia Healthcare, is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to direct daily housekeeping operations at our 62-bed psychiatric hospital in Texarkana, Arkansas. You will supervise staff, ensure infection control, and coordinate tasks to maintain a clean, safe patient environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least three years in healthcare housekeeping. CPR and de-escalation/restraint training is required or provided on hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three or more years’ housekeeping experience in a healthcare setting required.
• Knowledge of sanitation techniques and infection control preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day housekeeping operations.
• Perform cleaning safely in accordance with regulations.
• Maintain clean and sanitary environment for patient care.
• Launder soiled linens and manage cleaning supplies.
• Provide staff management including hiring, training, and performance guidance.
• Ensure adherence to cleaning schedules and infection control measures.
