Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join the Environmental Services team in Southbridge and Webster, MA. You will perform routine cleaning of offices and department areas, trash removal, dusting, damp wiping, mopping and vacuuming, including bathrooms, to maintain a safe, clean environment.

The role requires basic education with preferred prior environmental services experience and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Previous environmental services experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned offices and department areas, including trash removal, dusting, damp wiping, spot cleaning, mopping and vacuuming
• Cleans and maintains bathroom areas and floors to a safe, presentable standard
• Follows safety procedures, uses equipment and chemicals properly, and reports issues as needed
