The Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate at St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center is responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in accordance with leadership expectations.

You will ensure safety, sanitation, and proper uniform standards while supporting patient experience improvements. This role requires 1+ year of healthcare- or service-related experience and a High School diploma or equivalent; the environment emphasizes efficiency, waste reduction, and collaboration with center

• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.
