Job summary

This full-time day shift position requires RN licensure in Kansas, with BSN preferred and a minimum of three years of clinical experience. ACLS/PALS/NRP/TNCC certifications should be completed within one year of hire.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Kansas
• BSN preferred
• Minimum 3+ years clinical experience
• ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC within 1 year of hire

Responsibilities

• Act as an extension of hospital administration and nursing leadership
• Monitor clinical standards and shift resources
• Provide leadership during patient emergencies and incident response
• Communicate with directors and senior leaders timely and accurately
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality patient care
• Assist in staffing planning and problem resolution during shifts
• Perform other duties as assigned
