Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for assisting the leadership team with staffing coordination, shift operations, and overall problem-solving.
• Assures and supports the appropriate use of resources and mentors clinical staff in the provision of quality care.
• In the absence of the Health Center Administrator, has authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator-on-call.
• Reports to the Director or designee.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• BSN required
• 4-Year Degree
• KSBN/KS RN Licensure
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
• 4 years staff nurse experience
• Computer literate skills – Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)

• 1-2 years of management experience
