Job summary

Baptist Health in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Grill Cook in the Bistro (Dietary) for full-time shifts (10:00 AM–6:30 PM) with rotating weekends. You will oversee and support the preparation and production of patient and guest meals, following recipes and HACCP standards.

Requirements include high school or equivalent, 3 years hospital cooking experience preferred, 1 year trade school, and Food Safety Certification within 6 months. Salary ranges from $18.69 to $23.74 per hour.

• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 1 year of trade school or vocational schooling preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and supports the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals, ensuring department goals and objectives are met.
• Follows standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions.
• Follows HACCP procedures and uses standard equipment and measuring devices correctly.
