Baptist Health, through Boca Raton Regional Hospital, is seeking a Grill Cook in the Food Service / Dietary team. This part-time role supports patient and guest meals, following standardized recipes and production charts to ensure quality, nutrition, and timely service.

Candidates should have 3 years of grill, sauté and short-order cook experience in a restaurant setting, plus knowledge of sanitation and safety in food handling.

Oversees and supports the preparation and production of food for patient and guest meals, ensuring department goals and objectives are met. Follows standardized recipes, daily production charts, and instructions. Ensures that food is produced according to food service requirements of quality, quantity, nutrition, appearance, temperature, and timeliness. Follows HACCP procedures. Uses standard food preparation equipment, utensils, etc. and all measuring devices appropriately. Estimated pay range for this position is $18.69 - $23.74 / hour depending on experience.

Degrees:

• High School,Cert,GED,Trn,Exper.

Additional Qualifications:

• Knowledge in principles of sanitation and safety in food handling and equipment.
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
