Southern Kentucky Rehabilitation Hosptial, a joint venture between Vibran and Select Medical, is seeking a Receptionist in Bowling Green, KY. This full-time role offers up to $19.00 per hour based on experience and includes comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Previous receptionist experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Screen visitors and ensure they sign in and wear a visitor pass.
• Provide daily coverage for admissions coordinator during breaks and transfers calls accordingly.
• Notify admissions coordinator for facility tours upon request.
• Help obtain wheelchairs for patients.
• Report unusual lobby/parking area behavior to facilities.
• Notify nursing of gifts arriving for patients to ensure timely delivery.
• Postmark outgoing mail and distribute incoming mail.
• Log all incoming job applications.
