Job summary

AdventHealth is seeking a front desk/guest services role in Orlando, FL to provide excellent patient and guest experiences in a hospital lobby setting.

You will greet patients and guests, answer calls with courteous professionalism, and use computer systems to assist the healthcare team. Multitasking in a dynamic environment, you will support a positive, caring atmosphere and help locate patient information as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand guests’ needs and respond proactively and professionally.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and clear communication in English.
• Basic computer, typing, and fax machine knowledge.
• Ability to locate patient, personnel, and physician names and numbers.
• Multitask in a fast-paced lobby environment.
• Bi-lingual in English and Spanish or other languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients and guests with courtesy and professionalism.
• Answer phone calls using proper etiquette and respond to requests promptly.
• Use computer systems to provide information to guests and healthcare team.
• Maintain knowledge of hospital locations and contact numbers for smooth operations.
• Contribute to a positive patient experience and teamwork.
