Qualifications

• High School Grad or Equiv (required).
• Associate degree preferred for advancement.
• 2+ years hospital food service with knowledge of patient diets required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily operations by proactively managing staffing levels and minimizing substitutions.
• Ensure all service stations remain open and work efficiently.
• Oversee food production and service quality; monitor temperature logs and sanitation standards.
• Train staff on inspection criteria, safe work practices, and equipment handling.
• Communicate with team, patients, and leadership through updates and audits.
