Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Optimize daily operations by managing staffing to meet demand and minimize substitutions.
• Oversee food production and service quality; monitor temperature logs and cleaning schedules.
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards; train staff on inspection criteria and safe work practices.
• Communicate with team, patients, and leadership; document audit results and operational feedback.
• Manage performance, scheduling, and cross-training; minimize overtime and agency usage.
