Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to maximize potential.
• Ensure performance meets client expectations and safety standards.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards in all operations.
• Oversee Front of House dining operations (Cafeteria, Food Court, Quick Service).
• Manage ordering, receiving, storing, preparing and serving of food and related products.
• Monitor costs, margins and inventory trends to improve profitability.
• Supervise two or more employees with hiring and performance reviews.
