Advocate Health in Fairbanks, AK seeks a full-time Food Service professional for the Aurora Psychiatric Hospital – Food and Nutrition. You will support daily operations, serve patients and staff, and maintain safety and sanitation standards.

The role requires ServSafe certification within 1 year, a High School diploma, and about 3 years of hospital food service experience. Salary falls within the posted range and benefits are provided.

• ServSafe Food Handler certification within 1 year.
• Typically requires 3 years of experience in hospital/large facility food service.

Responsabilidades

• Acts as a resource to employees and students, providing day-to-day direction and training.
• Assists with interviewing and selection of new staff and staff development.
• Monitors department operations, adjusts schedules, and ensures timely completion of tasks.
• Supervises food service staff and assigns tasks to ensure efficient service.
• Provides guidance on food preparation, sanitation, and customer service, including handling complaints.
