Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acts as a resource to employees and students, providing training and day-to-day work direction.
• Assists with interviewing and staff development and interprets department policies.
• Monitors staffing levels and adjusts schedules to ensure timely completion of work.
• Provides direction to food service staff and ensures quality food production for internal/external customers.
• Resolves issues, handles customer concerns, and manages workflow during shifts.
