Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assembles prepared food on trays for general and therapeutic diets; prepares special nourishments and snacks.
• Maintains tray line in a clean, neat and orderly manner.
• Delivers meals to patient floors and carts to dish room as scheduled.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas, equipment and storage areas.
• Transports food and supplies between locations.
• Keeps logs and tallies as required and participates in ongoing education.
