Qualifications

• Math skills test required
• English proficiency as required for position
• Quantity cooking experience required

Responsabilités

• Prepares all food according to menu using recipes and production documents
• Prepares meals for service at specified deadlines
• Ensures portion sizes follow production guidelines
• Uses steamers, ovens, grills, broilers and other equipment safely
• Tests food with thermometers and taste, adjusts as needed
• Follows HACCP and infection control guidelines
• Participates in department meetings and quality processes
• Attends in-service training with 100% attendance
• Maintains departmental policies, safety, and infection control standards
• Provides professional, timely, and respectful customer service
