Holland Hospital is seeking a Part-Time Food Service Associate to support patient meal service and cafe operations in the evenings. You will handle food safety, sanitation, tray assembly, and cashiering with a commitment to friendly patient-focused service.

Qualifications

• Adheres to FDA and MDA guidelines for safe food handling.
• Maintains high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Operates dish machine and returns clean items to storage.
• Handles cash and provides courteous customer service.
• Restocks and assists with patient meal tray assembly and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes and utensils; operates dish machine and stores items.
• Ensures proper labeling, dating, and rotation of food items.
• Prepares cold items for patient meals (salads, fruit, desserts, sandwiches).
• Assembles and delivers patient trays; supports late tray requests per diet orders.
• Maintains cafe stations and supports closing cleaning tasks.
