Responsibilities

• Dish machine washing pots & pans
• Assemble and deliver patient meals; stock and maintain patient diets area
• Prepare menu items per department policies; ensure proper presentation
• Assist with training of new employees
• Provide friendly, efficient service to cafeteria customers
• Serve food in correct portions and at proper temperatures
• Identify and discard substandard food as needed
• Set up and maintain the salad bar and assist with deliveries and stocking
