Qualifications

• Ability to oversee residents in performance of simple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and washes pots, pans, and serving containers to meet cleanliness standards.
• Cleans work areas to maintain safety and sanitary standards.
• Cleans tables, utensils, and shelves to maintain sanitation.
• Prepares, processes, peels, and cuts vegetables and other foods.
• Serves food from steam tables and carts to assist in feeding patients.
• Prepares simple foods such as eggs, toast, tea, coffee, and cereals.
