Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Supervisor- Food & Nutrition Services to oversee hospital food production and service at St. Andrews Village and Miles Memorial Hospital. The role leads the kitchen teams, plans meals, and coordinates ordering and scheduling to ensure high-quality patient and guest dining experiences.

The position requires at least 5 years of food service management, a high school diploma or GED, and basic computer skills. 40 hours weekly, day shifts, full-time employment.

Qualifications

• 5 years food service management experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Basic computer skills are needed.
• Ability to respond to inquiries from customers and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all activities of food production, planning, preparing and serving meals.
• LeadKitchen operations across multiple hospital sites, coordinating ordering and scheduling.
• Supervise Food Services Team Members to ensure a dining experience for patients and guests.
