Job summary

MaineHealth is seeking a Supervisor - Food and Nutrition at MMCP to assign and direct activities of patient services staff on assigned shifts. You will train staff, assure quality customer service, and participate in performance reviews.

You will also serve as the department Customer Service Advocate and handle staff responsibilities as assigned. The role requires an Associate's Degree or related experience, and Serve Safe certification.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate's Degree in Food Services or related major or experience in food preparation required.
• License/Certifications: Serve Safe certification required.
• Experience: See Education.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and directs activities of patient services staff in assigned areas and shifts.
• Directs staff training and ensures quality customer service.
• Participates in completion of performance reviews.
• Acts as department Customer Service Advocate and performs staff responsibilities as assigned.
