St. Andrews Village seeks a Supervisor- Food & Nutrition Services to join its team. The role oversees hospital food production, ensuring meals are planned, prepared and served with patient-centered care.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will direct daily operations for Miles Memorial and St. Andrews Hospitals, lead the Food Services Team, and coordinate ordering and scheduling to maintain quality dining experiences for patients and guests.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 5 years of food service management experience required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to inquiries from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

Mansioni

• Direct all activities of food production, including planning, preparing and serving meals.
• Lead kitchens for Miles Memorial Hospital and St. Andrews Hospital.
• Coordinate ordering, scheduling and Food Services Team Members.
• Foster a team-oriented environment to ensure meals are a dining experience for patients and guests.
