FMOLHS is seeking a dedicated security professional to act as the hospital’s emergency “First Responder.” This role collaborates with hospital staff to maintain a safe environment for patients, visitors, and employees, and to address conflicts quickly and effectively.

The position requires responding to security requests, enforcing policies, and coordinating with law enforcement as needed. It also includes incident investigations and preparing written reports to support safety operations.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively with hospital staff to provide a safe environment for stakeholders.
• Proactively addresses and deescalates tense situations and/or conflict.
• Responds to requests for security assistance and works with law enforcement as needed.
• Enforces hospital security policies and procedures.
• Investigates incidents and prepares written reports.
• Serves as the hospital’s emergency “First Responder”.
