Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Graduate from a technical school specializing in food preparation for the hospitality industry preferred.
• Two (2) years’ experience in a high-volume restaurant or hospital environment as a cook required.
• Serv Safe Certification (FPMCE) required/preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for patients, employees, visitors, and hospital functions to ensure consistent quality.
• Maintains daily sanitation and safety standards and adheres to patient meal preferences and delivery procedures.
• Performs opening and closing procedures including cash controls and supports the team with daily operations.
