Ronald McDonald House Charities Bay Area seeks a dynamic Guest Services Associate to support the UCSF Mission Bay Family Room and in-hospital families. You will help stock supplies, coordinate meals, assist with guest room assignments, and ensure a clean, safe environment while working with volunteers and hospital partners.

The role is full-time, Monday–Friday, 10:00 am–7:00 pm, with some holidays and weekends.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma required.
• 1 year of customer experience or related field.
• Experience working with diverse populations in a non-profit/medical environment is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Connect with staff at shift changes to relay information.
• Staff the Family Room and assist in serving in-hospital families.
• Stock and distribute snacks, laundry supplies, toiletries, and other items.
• Set up and distribute lunches and dinners.
• Coordinate with UCSF housing coordinators to assign guest rooms.
• Assist with family holiday events and gift distribution.
• Communicate concerns to hospital staff and programs coordinators.
• Maintain infection control practices and sanitize areas.
• Monitor inventory of supplies and initiate work orders as needed.
